About us and the Mobilise Programme

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts have historically focused energy and resources on supporting and empowering underrepresented and marginalised groups to achieve more equitable outcomes in a working system that is not setup for them to succeed.

Across the world progress has been slow - for women in leadership and other dimensions and intersectionalities of identity. It’s time for that to change. What if we stopped trying to fix women and focused on fixing the system?

Jess and Joe both have extensive experience and a passion for gender balance and came together in 2023 to make Mobilise happen. With a view to fixing the system rather than the under represented groups within it. Supporting organisations to further their progress is the DEIB space.

This is a journey we’re all on together and this programme is designed to unite everyone around a common goal, find their why in this mahi and commit to making a difference for themselves and others.

The next horizon of DEI strategy is to engage and mobilise the majority identity groups as allies and inclusive leaders within your organisation. This is system change – at scale.

Our co-facilitated signature programme, Mobilise is the first of its kind in Aotearoa, New Zealand specifically designed for men. Available as a bespoke programme codesigned with you to bring in house or as a public course option for your individual leaders.
